What we do

We are a small company specializing in the design and manufacture of tools for all industries, especially for the plastics processing industry. We make new tools (e.g. injection molds) and regenerate/repair worn tools.

CNC milling

We have a precise Makino CNC milling machine. We are able to produce parts with very tight dimensional tolerances and very good surface quality.

EDM sinking

We have an AGIE sinking machine at our disposal. We can achieve a minimum surface roughness of Ra0.2 on this machine. The machine gives the possibility of working in 3 axes executing injection points, machining sideways, etc.

WEDM cutting

Cutting operations are performed on the AGIE machine. On this machine, we can achieve a minimum surface roughness of Ra0.3. The machine ensures that the workpiece is made within very tight dimensional tolerances. The machine allows cutting at angles up to 30°.
